Rose relates to the earliest harvests ever in recent memory of Terra Parna. Very hot summer accelerated the processes in the vineyard so that we harvested half of the grapes from the parent vines in the middle of August. The grapes had higher concentration of acids at that time. The rest was left to mature in the vineyard to increase in the sugar levels till the mid of September. Thus we blended two wines into one rosé delight.
Rose quality wine, dry.
Goes well with: salads, fish, sea food, pasta
